Eugene Lee

A coaching authority and a world-class coach educator with two decades of professional expertise in triathlon, endurance sport, strength, fitness and exercise, Eugene is recognised as one of Asia's most prominent coaches.

He has been a coach education facilitator for World Triathlon for over 10 years and is mentoring, as well as building programmes in over 20 countries, inspiring more than 1,000 coaches and athletes across the globe.

Eugene also sits as an Executive Committee member in various sporting organisations like Asia Triathlon, Triathlon Singapore and World Coaches Academy. He is a Master Trainer for certified Personal Trainer programmes like NFPT and ACE too.

At TRI-Factor Academy, Eugene is responsible for training coaches and athletes in triathlon and running, and also created the holistic health and fitness professional education development programme that is suitable for all.
